Our marketing department recently posed this question to me: What is the most impactful thing I say to a potential customer to show our value as a company. After thinking about it, I could not come up with anything. I then explained how we go about a sales call to them. I mentioned how we ask great questions, shut our mouths and really listen to what the customer says. Based on what they say, and our knowledge of our industry, we come up with great solutions that really help them in their business.
Then it occurred to me, that’s it! That’s what we do that sets us apart! We don’t know how exactly we will be able to help someone going in … we just know we can. By listening, learning about their business and day-to-day struggles, and being creative in coming up with solutions that will really impact them.
